Special Council will begin developing a new constitution for Armenia in the coming days

"The Council will soon hold intensive meetings dedicated to creating a new fundamental law of the country," writes the publication, noting that the upcoming constitutional changes will be presented to the public as a response to the demands of Armenian society.
