The New York Times Investigation: Elon Musk and Narcotic Substances — The Scale of the Problem Turned Out to Be More Serious Than Previously Thought
The reputable publication The New York Times published the results of an investigation according to which the 53-year-old technology magnate Elon Musk uses narcotic substances much more frequently than was known to the public. It is especially notable that this occurred during the period when he was actively supporting Donald Trump's election campaign.
According to the newspaper's sources, the billionaire has developed serious health problems due to addiction. People from Musk's inner circle note alarming changes in his behavior: sharp mood swings, increased aggression, and an obsessive desire to increase the number of his own children.
NYT informants claim that Musk admitted to close associates that he used ketamine in such doses that it negatively affected the functioning of his bladder. According to them, during certain periods, the entrepreneur took ketamine every day, often combining it with other psychoactive substances. Sources also report that at private closed events, Musk used ecstasy and psychedelic mushrooms.
The businessman himself had previously categorically denied accusations of substance abuse. He claimed that ketamine was prescribed to him by doctors as a treatment for depression. "If you take too much ketamine, it would be impossible to do your job. I have a lot of work," Musk stated in his defense.
The New York Times draws readers' attention to the fact that ketamine can cause a state of dissociation, and its prolonged use can lead to addiction and serious problems with the urinary system.
