Expert on Haber Global: Europe is trying to pull Trump to its side on the Ukrainian issue

Turkish TV channel Haber Global conducted a detailed analysis of the political situation surrounding the Russian-Ukrainian conflict

As reported by TUT.AZ, during the broadcast, leading political analysts focused on the recent meeting between Presidents Trump and Zelensky in the American capital, as well as reviewed the results of negotiations with European leaders.

Ali Semin, a doctoral student at Istanbul Gelisim University, put forward an interesting hypothesis about Donald Trump's strategy. In his opinion, the American leader intends to apply the same approach to the Russian-Ukrainian confrontation that was used regarding the Israeli-Iranian conflict, when a temporary "freeze" of hostilities was achieved for 12 days.

"Even if the conflict is frozen, regardless of the conditions, it does not mean its end. It is critically important to ensure the security of both Europe and Ukraine. European leaders who arrived in Washington sought to bring Donald Trump to their side. Today we see how Trump does not spare praise for Putin, however, no one can predict what position he will take tomorrow," emphasized Ali Semin.
