Spanish expert revealed a trio of dangerous breakfasts that destroy health

Authoritative Spanish therapist Alexander Olmos is raising alarm about popular breakfasts that can seriously undermine health. In his recent interview with Vanitatis publication, the medical professional named three most harmful morning meal options that should be immediately abandoned.

"The worst breakfast option, which is also the most common, is white bread and sweet cereals. Such breakfast quickly raises blood sugar levels, but causes a sharp drop in energy and uncontrollable appetite after a few hours," warned Olmos.

The specialist also strongly recommends excluding fruit juices and smoothies from the morning diet due to their high sugar content. The third undesirable product, according to the doctor, is coffee prepared using the "torrefacto" technology - a special method of roasting beans in sugar. Such a drink can cause digestive problems and make it difficult to absorb nutrients.
