"We discussed these issues today. Certainly, these are very difficult issues," emphasized the Ukrainian leader.

At the same time, Zelensky again focused attention on the constitutional limitations that do not allow violating the territorial integrity of the country. "As long as the constitution of the state remains unchanged, I cannot have any other position," the President of Ukraine concluded.
