The US administration is preparing to summarize the results of Trump's special envoy's Moscow mission and may issue an official statement. This was reported by Secretary of State Marco Rubio during a meeting with Serbian Foreign Minister Marko Djuric in Washington, according to RIA Novosti.
"We plan to discuss this issue during the day and will likely make certain statements. They may turn out to be positive, or they may not. We'll see," Rubio noted.
Recall that on August 6, US President's Special Envoy Stephen Witkoff arrived on an official visit to the Russian capital. During the trip, he held negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
