Kim Jong Un assured Putin of full support for Russia's decisions during a phone call

As reported by TUT.AZ with reference to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), the DPRK leader during the conversation especially emphasized North Korea's commitment to the spirit of the bilateral treaty and readiness to unconditionally support all initiatives of the Russian leadership.

According to KCNA, the heads of state expressed satisfaction with the deepening cooperation within the framework of the Strategic Partnership Treaty between the DPRK and Russia, and also confirmed their mutual intention to continue developing bilateral relations.

Earlier, the Kremlin press service reported that during the conversation, Vladimir Putin informed the North Korean leader about the upcoming negotiations with US President Donald Trump, scheduled for August 15 in Alaska.
