European Union expands sanctions list: 18 companies from six countries face new restrictions
The official publication of the European Union has published the EU Council's decision to include 18 foreign companies in the new, 18th package of anti-Russian sanctions.
Organizations from China, India, Mauritius, Singapore, Azerbaijan, and the United Arab Emirates have fallen under the restrictions. Among the Chinese companies included in the list are Bellatrix Energy, Zhu Jiang Shipmanagement, ACE Electronic HK (Hong Kong), Wuhan Global Sensor Technology, and Shandong ODES Industry. Indian businesses are represented by Intershipping Services Hub Private and Nayara Energy, from Mauritius the list includes Redbird Corporate Services and Sapang Shipping, from Singapore - 2Rivers PTE, and from Azerbaijan - Aqua Fleet Management.
The largest number of companies in the new sanctions list represent the UAE: Intershipping Services, Twister Shipmanagement, Admiral Group, Milavous Group, 2Rivers DMCC, Monolink Group, and Tarabya Logistics.
