During the conversation, the heads of state discussed a wide range of international issues, including the tense situation in the Gaza Strip, the Syrian crisis, and the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

He also expressed support for the US President's position on the need to end conflicts, and noted with satisfaction the White House's efforts to conclude the negotiation process with Iran and resolve the Russia-Ukraine issue," the statement said.
