China has issued a tsunami warning

The Ministry of Natural Resources of the PRC issued an emergency warning about a possible tsunami after a powerful earthquake off the coast of Kamchatka

As reported by TUT.AZ, the information came from China Central Television with reference to the national Tsunami Warning Center.

According to the received data, tsunami waves formed as a result of the recent seismic event may reach the coastal areas of Shanghai, the southern part of Zhoushan city district in Zhejiang province, as well as the coast of Taiwan island.
