Information about the exact number of victims and the circumstances of the disaster is currently being clarified.

Crew error is being considered as a preliminary version of the An-24 crash, according to operational services.

"The main version is a crew error, who in difficult weather conditions during the landing approach hit a hill. Of course, other possible causes of the tragedy will be thoroughly examined," the agency's source noted.
