A serviceman of Azerbaijani origin has gone missing in the combat zone in Ukraine

As TUT.AZ reports with reference to Report, Zamig Gulmaliyev, a serviceman of the Ukrainian army, has gone missing in the Donetsk region. The native of Kurdamir district born in 1982, who has Ukrainian citizenship, has not been in contact for more than a week.

Neither the military unit nor relatives can establish the whereabouts of Gulmaliyev, who disappeared while performing a combat mission in the zone of active military operations.

Matlab Najafov, chairman of the Congress of Azerbaijanis of the Ivano-Frankivsk region, where the missing serviceman lived, told Report that the city military commissariat has already sent an official notification about the loss of contact with Gulmaliyev on the front line.
